How much do your services cost?
We offer a wide variety of package options to suit every budget! Our staging can include a simple accessories package or cover every room in the house. Every home is unique. Please contact us to discuss pricing and packaging.
Can I renew my package?
Absolutely! Of course, we hope your home sells within the contracted first month (and most of our homes do!). However, if you choose to extend your package, we will gladly provide pricing. Renewals cost less than the initial package and are billed month to month.
Can you stage my home while I am living in it?
Yes! We call this "Occupied Staging." Occupied Staging is creating a balance between clearing away personal belongings and creating spaces where potential buyers can imagine themselves living.
